When is PS Abacus possession?
PS Abacus possession is expected in December 2022. The project is currently ready to move.
The possession timeline comes from the developer's declared schedule. If the project slips, RERA gives you the choice of a refund with interest or continued booking with compensation, which is why the registered dates matter more than marketing brochures.

This answer is part of RealtyIQ's project FAQ series — pricing, RERA registration, possession and construction answers for Kolkata projects.
