While we display the WBRERA registration number for every project where available, this information is provided for convenience only. You must independently verify RERA registration status on the official WBRERA portal at rera.wb.gov.in before booking any property.

Verification should include:

• Active registration status (not suspended, revoked, or expired).
• Sanctioned plans, layout, and specifications match what was marketed to you.
• Promoter name and legal entity match the developer on the sale agreement.
• Declared completion date is consistent with what you were promised.
• Any complaints or litigation against the developer or project.

Vision Realtors cannot be held liable for any loss arising from a project's RERA registration being suspended, revoked, or misrepresented by the developer.
