Privacy Policy

When you interact with RealtyIQ, we may collect the following PII:

• Contact details - full name, mobile number, email address (when you submit an enquiry form, request a callback, or use the WhatsApp chat widget).
• Property preferences - locality, configuration, budget range, possession timeline, intent (self-use, investment, rental).
• Communications - messages you send via WhatsApp, chat widget, or contact form, and our responses.
• Usage data - IP address (hashed), browser, device, pages visited, tool usage, referrer, UTM parameters. IP addresses are stored as SHA-256 hashes - we do not store raw IPs.
• Consent records - explicit opt-ins for WhatsApp marketing, callbacks, and email campaigns, with timestamps and policy version.

We do not collect sensitive personal data such as Aadhaar numbers, PAN, bank account details, or biometric information through our public forms. Such data is collected only via secure, developer-side channels during booking and is governed by the developer's separate privacy policy.

We process your PII for the following purposes:

• Sales response - to respond to your enquiry, schedule site visits, share project brochures, and assist in your home-buying decision.
• Channel-partner operations - to forward your enquiry to the developer's sales team as needed under our channel-partner agreement.
• Service improvement - to understand which projects, localities, and tools are most useful, and to improve our content and AI assistant.
• Marketing (consensual) - to send you project updates, price changes, and new-launch notifications via WhatsApp/SMS/email - only if you have explicitly opted in.
• Compliance & audit - to maintain audit logs for RERA compliance, dispute resolution, and regulatory reporting.
• Lead scoring & enrichment - AI-assisted analysis of your enquiry to prioritise response and personalise follow-up.

We retain your PII as follows:

• Active leads - retained for the duration of the sales cycle and 7 years thereafter for audit and compliance purposes (per Indian accounting and real-estate regulations).
• Marketing consent records - retained for the duration of consent + 3 years.
• Usage analytics (anonymised) - aggregated indefinitely; user-level data anonymised after 24 months.
• Withdrawn-consent leads - PII fields anonymised within 30 days of consent withdrawal. The lead record remains for audit purposes but with no usable PII.

By submitting your contact details through any RealtyIQ form (enquiry, contact, callback request), you consent to:

• Being contacted by Vision Realtors representatives via phone, WhatsApp, or email regarding your enquiry.
• Having your enquiry details shared with the relevant developer's sales team for project-specific follow-up, under our channel-partner agreement.
• Having your PII processed and stored as described in this policy.

Marketing consent (e.g., for new-launch WhatsApp broadcasts) is captured separately and requires an explicit opt-in. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time without affecting your core enquiry.

You have the right to:

• Opt out of marketing - reply “STOP” to any WhatsApp marketing message, or email us at contact@realtyiq.tech with subject “Opt-out”.
• Withdraw consent - request withdrawal of all consent via email. We will process your request within 7 business days.
• Access your data - request a copy of all PII we hold about you. We will provide it within 30 days.
• Correct your data - request correction of inaccurate PII.
• Erasure - request anonymisation of your PII (subject to legal retention requirements for audit).

We share your PII with the following categories of recipients, under written agreements:

• Developers - the developer of the project you enquired about, for sales follow-up. Sharing is governed by our channel-partner agreement.
• CRM and WhatsApp providers - B2BBricks, WhatsApp Business API, and email service providers, under their respective data processing agreements.
• Legal/regulatory authorities - when required by law, court order, or regulatory request (e.g., RERA investigations).

We do not sell or rent your PII to third parties for marketing.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your PII:

• Encrypted HTTPS transmission for all website traffic.
• Database-level access controls and audit logging on every sensitive operation.
• IP hashing for analytics and audit logs (no raw IP storage).
• Role-based access control (7-role permission matrix) so sales executives only see their assigned leads.
• Rate limiting and honeypot fields on lead forms to prevent bot abuse.
• Annual security review and penetration testing schedule.

Grievances will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days, per DPDP Act 2023 § 13. If dissatisfied, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.
